ORIGIN & SHIPPING ESTIMATESTo optimize global logistics and offer competitive pricing, ourproducts are dispatched directly from our specialized regionalfulfillment hubs in mainland China.Estimated Standard Delivery Time: 7-15 business days.Please note that all delivery dates provided are honest estimates, notlegal guarantees. Delivery windows may vary due to factors beyondour control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customsinspections, and global logistics bottlenecks.
3. SHIPPING RATES & FEESShipping fees are completely variable and are calculated dynamicallyat checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and shippingdestination. The final shipping cost shown at checkout is final andnon-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
4. DELAYS. FORCE MAJEURE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITYWe are NOT liable for any shipment delays caused by circumstancesbeyond our direct control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to:customs clearance procedures, natural disasters, severe weatherconditions, postal strikes, governmental actions, or global pandemics.No refunds or order cancellations will be accepted while a package iscurrently in transit due to these uncontrollable delays.
5. PROOF OF DELIVERY & LOSS RISKOnce a package is handed over to the third-party logistics carrier, therisk of loss or damage transfers entirely to the buyer.· Delivery Status: If the official tracking number provided by the carrier
shows a status of "Delivered" or "Successfully Delivered," this shallserve as conclusive. irrefutable proof of delivery.. Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that arestolen, lost, or misplaced after they have been marked as delivered bythe carrier. We will not issue refunds or replacements for packageswith a verified "Delivered" status.
6. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES & LOCAL TAXESCustomers are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with all localimport regulations. Any import duties, customs fees, VAT, or localbrokerage charges imposed during or after shipping are the solefinancial responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to usor destroyed due to the customer's refusal to pay local customs fees,no refund will be issued.
7. INACCURATE SHIPPING DETAILSIt is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the shippingaddress, phone number, and recipient name are 100% accurate andcomplete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible, and will notissue refunds or replacements, for items that are misdelivered, lost, orreturned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by
